About the Role

Our client, a well-established Recruitment Consultancy in Sunderland, Tyne and Wear, UK , is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Senior Recruitment Consultant to focus on the Industrial and Manufacturing sectors. You will leverage your expertise to build strong relationships with clients in these key industries, source skilled professionals, and manage the full recruitment process. This role is crucial for expanding our client's presence in the regional market and providing top-tier recruitment solutions to the manufacturing base in and around Sunderland .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients within the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for skilled trades, engineering, and operational roles.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pool of qualified candidates relevant to the industry.
• Negotiate and manage offer processes, ensuring client and candidate satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on Industrial or Manufacturing recruitment.
• Proven ability to develop new business and manage existing client accounts.
