About the Role

Our client, a well-established Recruitment Consultancy , is seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to focus on the Industrial sector. This role operates on a fully remote basis, supporting clients nationwide from their base near Liverpool . You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process for industrial and manufacturing roles, from sourcing skilled operatives and technicians to placing management professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter with a passion for the industrial market to excel in a flexible, remote working environment, building strong client relationships and placing vital personnel into key operational roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for industrial positions, including skilled trades, engineering, and operational management.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify candidates with specific technical skills and certifications.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for demanding industrial environments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the manufacturing, logistics, and construction sectors.
• Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for successful candidates.
• Stay updated on industry trends, safety regulations, and skill requirements within the industrial sector.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in agency recruitment, with a significant focus on the industrial or manufacturing sectors.
• Proven ability to source and recruit for technical and operational roles effectively.
• Strong understanding of the industrial market, including key skills and certifications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a full recruitment desk in a remote setting.
