Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow client relationships within the Life Sciences sector in Cambridge and nationally.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates for highly specialized scientific and technical roles.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in biotech and pharma.
• Conduct market research to stay abreast of trends in the Life Sciences field.
• Negotiate offers and ensure a positive candidate and client experience throughout the process.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with a strong specialization in Life Sciences or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates in scientific or technical roles.
• Excellent understanding of the Cambridge Life Sciences ecosystem.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
