They are seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant with a proven background in Logistics recruitment to join their Leeds office. If you’re an ambitious recruiter ready to take ownership of your desk with potential to lead a team, this could be your next step.
The Role
- Full 360 recruitment focused specifically within the Logistics sector .
- Autonomously manage and grow your own desk.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while consistently winning new business.
- Contribute to a high-performing, supportive team environment.
What’s on Offer
- Basic salary up to £40,000 , depending on experience.
- Uncapped commission : up to 20%
- Realistic OTE of £100k+ annually .
