Your Role

As a Principal or Senior Recruitment Consultant focused on marketing roles, you’ll be part of 3Search , a market-leading brand under the 11 Investments umbrella.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture a high-quality network of clients and candidates in the marketing industry
• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle
• Drive business development and grow market share
• Lead on complex negotiations and client strategy
• Collaborate with your team to hit individual and collective targets
• Act as a mentor to junior consultants and support training initiatives
• Champion our brand and values inside and outside the business

• A strong track record of hitting revenue targets
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High levels of self-motivation and goal orientation
• A passion for your niche—someone who wants to be known as a thought leader
