Our client, a well-established Recruitment Consultancy , is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead their Public Sector recruitment efforts in Edinburgh . This role involves partnering with local government, healthcare, education, and non-profit organisations to secure essential talent. You will be responsible for understanding the unique requirements of the public sector, navigating procurement processes, and attracting candidates committed to public service. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in public sector organisations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment , with significant experience in the Public Sector .
• Understanding of public sector procurement processes and frameworks.
