Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities through various channels, fostering strong client relationships remotely.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business through effective virtual communication.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and engaging diverse talent pools to negotiating offers and ensuring seamless onboarding.
• Utilize digital tools and platforms effectively to manage candidate pipelines, client interactions, and recruitment marketing efforts.
• Collaborate closely with remote colleagues and leadership to develop and refine recruitment strategies and best practices for a remote workforce.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in recruitment consultancy , with a proven track record of success in business development and client management.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and effectively in a remote work environment.
• Strong understanding of various industry sectors and their talent needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and virtual relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with modern recruitment technology, CRM systems, and virtual collaboration tools.
