Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for clients, ensuring timely and successful placements.
• Source passive and active candidates through advanced search techniques and networking, primarily online.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural alignment remotely.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients via virtual communication channels.
• Negotiate employment offers and facilitate the entire onboarding process from a distance.
• Stay updated on market trends and best practices in remote recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in a Recruitment Consultant role, with a strong record of successful placements.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage a busy workload effectively in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with online sourcing tools, CRM systems, and virtual collaboration platforms.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to build rapport virtually.
• Proven experience in negotiating and closing deals.
