Our client, a well-established recruitment consultancy in Reading , is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to spearhead their Technology recruitment division. This role is critical for driving growth and client satisfaction within the tech sector across Berkshire and beyond. You will be responsible for managing key client accounts, developing new business, and leading the end-to-end recruitment process for technology professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of technology clients, ensuring high levels of service.
• Source, screen, and interview top-tier technology candidates.
• Drive business development activities to secure new client mandates.
• Negotiate terms and close deals, meeting and exceeding placement targets.
• Stay updated on technology trends and the competitive recruitment landscape.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in recruitment, with a significant focus on Technology roles.
• Proven success in business development and client relationship management.
• Strong understanding of various IT specialisms and technical roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a high-performing team.
