Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for technology roles, including business development, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
• Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with clients in the technology sector, understanding their hiring needs and company culture.
• Source and attract high-demand technology professionals such as software engineers, data scientists, cloud architects, and cybersecurity specialists.
• Provide expert market intelligence and consultancy services to clients on talent acquisition strategies and compensation trends.
• Mentor and support junior members of the technology recruitment team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Achieve and consistently exceed recruitment targets and revenue goals within the technology specialism.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of successful recruitment experience, with a strong specialization in technology recruitment.
