Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients in the technology sector .
• Source, screen, and interview candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit for client requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client brief to offer negotiation and placement.
• Utilize various sourcing strategies, including headhunting, database searching, and social media, to identify passive and active candidates.
• Achieve and exceed agreed-upon personal and team placement targets and business development objectives.
• Provide market insights and strategic advice to clients regarding talent acquisition and compensation trends in Aberdeen and beyond.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success as a Recruitment Consultant , with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience, preferably within the technology niche.
• Strong understanding of the technology landscape and associated skill sets.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills with a business development mindset.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with both clients and candidates.
• Demonstrable experience in managing complex recruitment processes and delivering high-quality results within specified timelines.
