You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from client engagement and business development to candidate sourcing and offer management. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop client relationships, identifying opportunities for new business.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates effectively, ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
• Negotiate and manage job offers to successful completion.
• Achieve and consistently exceed personal and team revenue targets.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities within the Bristol area.
• Contribute to the professional development of junior team members through mentoring and guidance.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Recruitment Consultant role, with a strong track record.
• Proven ability in business development and client relationship management.
• Expertise in using various sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
