Our client, a prestigious recruitment consultancy, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their established team in Leeds . This role involves managing key client accounts and driving the recruitment process from initial contact to successful placement. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities within the Yorkshire region and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for service expansion.
- Actively pursue new business leads and secure new client contracts within the designated territory.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process for a variety of roles, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates, maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
- Provide market insights and consultative advice to clients on talent acquisition strategies.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team performance and development initiatives.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in recruitment consultancy , with a proven record of success.
- Demonstrated ability in business development, client relationship management, and revenue generation.
- Excellent understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid working model, balancing office and remote responsibilities effectively.
