Our client is a leading recruitment consultancy looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their dynamic team in London . This role is pivotal in driving business growth by identifying and engaging with top talent across various industries. You will leverage your expertise to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from client acquisition and needs analysis to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation. The ideal candidate will thrive in a target-driven environment, possess exceptional communication skills, and be passionate about building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both from home and in our state-of-the-art London office.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet client demands and company targets.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit for client organizations.
- Build and maintain a strong network of candidates and clients through proactive outreach and relationship management.
- Negotiate employment offers and manage the onboarding process for successful candidates.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and talent availability.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a recruitment consultancy or agency environment.
- Proven track record of success in placing candidates and achieving recruitment targets.
- Excellent understanding of the full recruitment process, including candidate sourcing and selection methodologies.
- Strong business development and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with various ATS platforms and recruitment software is essential.
