Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant , demonstrating success in client management and candidate sourcing.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
