Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client engagement to offer negotiation and acceptance.

• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks.
• Achieve and consistently exceed set revenue targets and performance metrics.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a recruitment consultant role, with a proven record of success.
• Proficiency in using various recruitment tools, social media, and applicant tracking systems.
