Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, understanding their unique staffing needs and strategic objectives.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of advanced recruitment techniques and tools.
• Develop and execute effective candidate attraction strategies, including networking, social media, and direct sourcing.
• Negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for successful placements.
• Maintain meticulous records of client and candidate interactions and recruitment progress in the CRM system.
• Provide market insights and consultative advice to clients regarding talent acquisition trends and compensation benchmarks.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant , preferably within the Aberdeen or similar professional services market.
• Demonstrable experience in full-cycle recruitment, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment law, and ethical conduct.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
