Key Responsibilities
- Source, engage, and manage relationships with a diverse range of clients to understand their hiring needs and secure new business.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate searches using various platforms, networks, and databases to identify top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and facilitating offers.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines for key sectors.
- Achieve and exceed agreed-upon sales targets and performance metrics within the defined timeframe.
- Provide market intelligence and expert advice to clients on recruitment trends and strategies.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success as a Recruitment Consultant , ideally within a consultancy environment.
- Demonstrated experience in business development and client relationship management.
- Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and online sourcing tools.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote setting .
