Key Responsibilities

• Manage key client accounts and develop new business opportunities remotely.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using advanced recruitment techniques and tools.
• Negotiate job offers and manage the entire placement process to completion.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in recruitment consultancy with a strong background in client management and candidate sourcing.
• Proven ability to work independently and achieve targets in a remote work environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills adapted for virtual interaction.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other relevant recruitment software.
• Strong commercial acumen and a proactive approach to business development.
