Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, understanding their specific recruitment needs.

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial brief to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks.

• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team performance and development initiatives.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment consultancy , with a proven track record of success.
• Demonstrated ability in business development, client relationship management, and achieving recruitment targets.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing methodologies, and employment law.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Adaptability to a hybrid working schedule, balancing office and remote duties effectively.
