Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of high-value clients.
• Lead the recruitment process from initial brief to successful placement, ensuring exceptional candidate and client experiences.
• Source, engage, and vet candidates using advanced recruitment techniques and market knowledge.
• Negotiate competitive offer packages and manage the entire offer process with professionalism.
• Contribute to business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and expanding market share.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, sharing expertise and best practices within the team.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with a strong track record of success.
• Demonstrated ability in managing complex recruitment projects and high-volume hiring.
• Excellent understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate attraction strategies.
• Superb negotiation, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency in utilising recruitment databases and sourcing tools to maximum effect.
