Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse client portfolio.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for a range of vacancies.
• Negotiate employment offers and facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates.
• Proactively engage in business development to identify and secure new client opportunities within the Nottinghamshire region.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant , preferably within an agency setting.
• Demonstrable success in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Strong understanding of the local employment market and recruitment best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency with recruitment software and modern sourcing techniques.
