About the Role

Our client, a respected Recruitment Consultancy with a strong presence in Southampton , is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant . This role offers the flexibility of remote or hybrid working, allowing you to connect with clients and candidates across Hampshire and the surrounding regions. You will be responsible for managing key client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and leading recruitment projects within specialist sectors. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with key clients, understanding their strategic hiring needs.
• Lead the recruitment process for mid to senior-level roles, from sourcing to offer management.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio in the Southampton and Hampshire areas.
• Mentor junior consultants and share best practices in candidate engagement and client management.
• Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic advice to clients.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years' experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with a proven track record of success.
• Demonstrated ability in business development and account management.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of the local market dynamics in Hampshire .
• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a remote or hybrid team.
