This role is integral to expanding their client base and ensuring the successful placement of candidates within the Devon and Cornwall region. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying new business opportunities to sourcing and vetting candidates, and finally negotiating offers. This office-based position is perfect for a dynamic individual who thrives in a collaborative, target-driven environment and possesses a deep understanding of the local recruitment market.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business development initiatives to expand the client portfolio.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates, assessing their skills and suitability for roles.
• Manage the entire recruitment process efficiently and effectively.
• Provide market insights and recruitment advice to clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant within an agency setting.
• Demonstrated success in business development and client acquisition.
• Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an office environment.
• Strong understanding of the UK recruitment landscape, particularly in the South West.
