About the Role

Our client, a prominent Recruitment Consultancy based in Aberdeen, Scotland , is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and placement, for a diverse client base.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Proactively identify and engage with passive candidates through networking, social media, and industry events to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Achieve and exceed agreed-upon recruitment targets and KPIs, consistently delivering high-quality placements.
• Mentor and guide junior members of the recruitment team, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative atmosphere.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant, with at least 3-5 years of experience in agency or in-house recruitment.
• Demonstrated success in building and managing client relationships within the Aberdeen area or a similar market.
• Excellent understanding of various recruitment methodologies and sourcing tools.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
