You will be instrumental in driving the success of recruitment campaigns for a variety of clients, managing the full recruitment cycle with precision and expertise. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for client vacancies, ensuring timely and high-quality placements.
• Proactively source and engage with candidates through various channels, including networking and online platforms.
• Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Conduct effective candidate assessments and provide valuable feedback to clients.
• Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience through to successful onboarding.
• Contribute to business development by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage a demanding workload and prioritise effectively.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model, utilising remote and office-based collaboration.
• Knowledge of the local Portsmouth market is advantageous.
