Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth interviews and provide insightful feedback to clients regarding candidate suitability.
• Collaborate effectively with remote colleagues, sharing market insights and driving best practices.
• Achieve and consistently exceed personal and team recruitment targets in a remote setting.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant , demonstrating success in placing candidates and managing client accounts.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, essential for effective remote collaboration.
• Self-motivated and highly organised with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technology.
