Our client, a reputable Recruitment Consultancy , is looking for a motivated Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding team in Cardiff . This role offers the chance to manage key client accounts, develop new business opportunities, and lead successful recruitment campaigns across various industries. You will be part of a supportive and ambitious team dedicated to providing outstanding recruitment services, contributing significantly to our client's growth in the Welsh market. We are seeking an individual with a strong recruitment background and a proactive approach to client engagement and candidate sourcing, working from our Cardiff hub.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for a diverse range of permanent and temporary vacancies.
• Develop and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients in the Cardiff region.
• Proactively source candidates through creative and effective channels, including networking and referrals.
• Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments to ensure a strong fit for client roles.
• Negotiate terms of employment and manage the offer process to successful completion.
• Achieve agreed-upon KPIs and revenue targets for your specialist desk.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant , ideally with a proven track record in business development.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment market and effective sourcing methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a demanding workload within the Cardiff area.
• Commitment to providing a high-quality candidate and client experience.
