Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts within a specific industry vertical.
• Conduct thorough client discovery calls to understand hiring needs and cultural fit.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a high-quality talent pipeline.
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, utilizing various sourcing tools and techniques.
• Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process to ensure client and candidate satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed personal and team targets for placements and revenue generation.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a successful Recruitment Consultant , ideally with 3+ years of experience.
• Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
• Expertise in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and assessment methodologies.
• Strong understanding of the UK recruitment market, particularly within the Aberdeen area.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
