Pivotal Partners is growing, and we're looking for ambitious, driven individuals to join our Manchester founding team as Talent Partners.

Founded in January 2024, we've grown to 30+ heads and established ourselves as a key player in AI and GTM tech recruitment, specialising in early-stage start-ups.

We work directly with leading VCs including Accel, Index, Insight supporting their portfolio companies with exceptional talent.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with high-profile clients and candidates.
• Work on live opportunities with top accounts from day one.
• Specialise in GTM tech recruitment across Sales, Marketing, CS and Revenue.
• Build long-term partnerships with founders and hiring leaders.
• Receive direct mentorship from experienced industry leaders.
• Help build our Manchester office from the ground up.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years' recruitment or sales experience.
• Strong communication and commercial skills.
• Ambition, resilience and a desire to progress.
• Someone who wants to build a career in a high-performance environment.
