Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of high-value client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for senior-level and specialist positions.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and provide detailed feedback to clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering market intelligence and recruitment best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior members of the recruitment team, fostering a collaborative spirit.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment consultancy , with a focus on mid-to-senior level placements.
• Demonstrated success in business development, client relationship management, and achieving ambitious targets.
• Expertise in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and assessment techniques.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Strong understanding of the Scottish employment market and recruitment legislation.
