Our client, a leading recruitment consultancy, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their established team in Aberdeen . This role is pivotal in sourcing and placing top talent across various sectors, focusing on building and maintaining strong client relationships within the region. You will leverage your expertise to understand client needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and guide candidates through the hiring process, contributing significantly to the company's continued growth and reputation for excellence in the Scottish market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client contact and needs analysis to offer negotiation and placement.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to identify high-calibre candidates for hard-to-fill positions.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and reference checks to assess suitability and cultural fit.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition strategies.
- Achieve and exceed agreed-upon placement and revenue targets within the Aberdeen market.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant with at least 3-5 years of experience, ideally within a consultancy environment.
- Demonstrated success in business development and managing a candidate pipeline.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of various industry sectors and recruitment methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
