You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from client acquisition and relationship management to candidate sourcing and placement. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, building strong, long-term relationships.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable vacancies across various sectors.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent in the Brighton area.
• Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience through to successful placement.
• Contribute to team goals and achieve individual performance targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Recruitment Consultant role, preferably within the East Sussex region.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and resilient approach to recruitment challenges.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment methodologies.
