Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for diverse roles.
• Negotiate employment offers and facilitate the seamless onboarding of placed candidates.
• Engage in proactive business development to expand the client base within Edinburgh and surrounding areas.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the company's CRM system.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant , ideally within an agency setting.
• Demonstrable success in managing client relationships and delivering recruitment solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of the Scottish employment market and recruitment best practices.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency with recruitment software and digital sourcing tools.
