Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a diverse client base, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Develop and implement effective candidate sourcing strategies using a variety of online and offline methods.
• Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique hiring needs.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for each role.
• Drive business development efforts to secure new mandates and expand the firm's presence in the South Yorkshire region.
• Achieve and exceed personal placement and revenue targets consistently.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Recruitment Consultant role, with a strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Demonstrable success in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment and business development.
• Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Knowledge of the Sheffield and wider UK job market is a plus.
