Requirements

• Significant experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with a strong billing history in a competitive market.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships at a senior level.
• Experience in leading or mentoring a recruitment team is highly desirable.
• Exceptional understanding of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing techniques, and market intelligence.
