Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert market intelligence and consultative advice to clients on talent acquisition strategies.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Recruitment Consultant role, with a strong performance history.
• Demonstrated ability in managing client relationships and delivering successful recruitment outcomes.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment methodologies and candidate engagement strategies.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with modern recruitment technologies, including ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
