Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Implement effective sourcing and attraction strategies to identify and engage with top-tier candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate suitability for roles.
- Negotiate offers of employment and manage the candidate experience through to successful onboarding.
- Actively participate in business development activities to secure new clients and projects.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitive intelligence within relevant industries.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of successful experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with a strong track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent understanding of recruitment best practices, talent sourcing techniques, and client management principles.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
