What you’ll actually do:

This is a true 360 recruitment role where you'll have the opportunity to build something that's yours.

You'll develop your market, win new business, nurture long term client relationships and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions.

You'll spend time understanding your sector, building relationships face to face with clients and candidates, identifying opportunities and developing a reputation that generates repeat business.

We don't expect you to simply fill vacancies. We want you to become a trusted expert in your market; someone clients and candidates come to because they value your insight.

As Practicus continues to grow, you'll also have the opportunity to help shape new markets, explore different sectors and play an active role in the future direction of the business.

What we’re looking for

We're looking to speak with experienced Recruitment Consultants who are ready to build something exceptional, are insanely curious, commercially minded and are known for building incredible relationships.

You’ll ideally have:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience within agency recruitment or executive search
• A proven track record of achieving or exceeding billing targets
• Strong business development and client management experience
• Excellent communication and a love for meeting your clients and candidates face to face
• A self‑motivated, resilient and commercially focused approach
• Experience recruiting within a specialist, candidate‑short or highly competitive market would be advantageous

We have an immediate need within our rapidly growing market of Energy, Engineering & Infrastructure so any experience in this field would be advantageous.

However, we are also looking to expand out other disciplines including Public Sector/NFP, Life Science, HR & People. So, whether you are an expert in a market or eager to learn a new one, we would love to hear from you.
