Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, understanding their strategic hiring needs.
• Execute full-cycle recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing and screening to offer management.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to attract and engage passive and active candidates.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for both client and candidate.
• Collaborate with team members to share market insights and best practices, contributing to a positive team dynamic.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the consultancy's reach in the Belfast market.
