Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruitment consultants to achieve individual and team targets.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue growth.

Requirements

- Demonstrated success in developing and executing business strategies.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes, market trends, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Proven ability to manage P&L and drive profitability.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
