Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse range of professional roles.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including interviews and reference checks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific hiring needs.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within a consultancy environment.
• Proficiency in using various recruitment tools, ATS systems, and social media platforms.
• Excellent interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of employment law and recruitment best practices.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet demanding targets remotely.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to a virtual setting.
