About the Role
Our client is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Senior Reflexologist to join their established holistic health clinic in Reading . In this role, you will provide expert reflexology treatments, contributing to the well-being and health of clients through precise application of pressure techniques to the feet, hands, and ears. You will be expected to conduct thorough client assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and maintain the highest professional standards. Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive reflexology sessions, applying specialized techniques to stimulate nerve pathways and promote holistic balance.
- Conduct detailed client consultations to gather medical history, understand concerns, and set treatment goals.
- Develop and implement tailored reflexology treatment plans based on individual client needs and progress.
- Educate clients on the benefits of reflexology and provide advice on complementary self-care practices.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting session details and therapeutic outcomes.
- Ensure the treatment room is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and professional presentation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a qualified Reflexologist.
- Possession of recognized professional qualifications and current membership in a professional body (e.g., AoR, APNT).
- In-depth knowledge of reflexology theory, anatomy, and physiology.
- Proven ability to conduct thorough client assessments and develop effective treatment strategies.
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- A strong sense of empathy, professionalism, and commitment to client care.
