Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive reflexology treatments on feet, hands, and ears based on individual client needs and health assessments.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their medical history, lifestyle, and specific wellness goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans to address client concerns such as stress, pain management, and general wellbeing.
• Educate clients on the benefits of reflexology and provide advice on self-care techniques.
• Maintain meticulous client records, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to professional standards.
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation in the treatment room and clinic.

Requirements

• Accredited qualification in Reflexology (e.g., Level 3 Diploma or equivalent).
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a practising Reflexologist.
• In-depth knowledge of reflexology zones, techniques, and their associated physiological benefits.
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients from various backgrounds.
• Commitment to continuous professional development within the complementary therapy field.
