Senior Regulatory & Financial Reporting Lead

ICE Clear Europe Limited is seeking a skilled senior finance professional to own the European and APAC statutory accounts process, coordinating statutory accounts preparation and regulatory reporting across multiple GAAPs. You will liaise with auditors, drive process improvements, and support cross-border entity integration.

You will also prepare board papers and financial reports for quarterly dividends and regulatory capital assessments, working with regulatory bodies and senior stakeholders.
