Senior Rehabilitation Assistant - Flexible MDT Care (Remote)

Bradford Teaching Hospitals Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Rehabilitation Assistant on a 1.0 WTE fixed-term contract ending . The role supports the MSRS, delivering virtual and in-person sessions and assisting with a range of interventions for patients with complex rehabilitation needs.

You will work with an MDT including OT, Physiotherapy, Psychology and Clinical Assessors, delivering CBT/bio-psychosocial group and 1:1 therapies, and using digital platforms to monitor progress.
