Senior Remote Project Manager - Global Programs

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Remote Project Manager to lead global program initiatives. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within approved regions. You will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex, international projects that span multiple geographies and business units. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage diverse, distributed teams effectively to achieve ambitious global objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of global program initiatives , ensuring alignment with strategic organizational goals.
• Develop detailed program plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across international teams.
• Manage and mitigate risks and dependencies inherent in global projects, proactively addressing challenges.
• Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration among geographically dispersed project teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to international project management standards and best practices.
• Provide regular, comprehensive reporting on program status, key performance indicators, and outcomes to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in project management , with a significant focus on international or global programs.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects across different cultures and time zones.
• Strong understanding of global supply chain, international business operations , or cross-border technology implementations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and remote team management skills.
• Proficiency in leading remote teams and utilizing virtual collaboration tools effectively.
• Master's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field; PMP or similar certification strongly preferred.
