Senior Remote Project Manager - Software Development

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software development projects using Agile methodologies.
• Facilitate sprint planning , daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for distributed teams.
• Manage project scope, identify dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Communicate effectively with product owners, development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance within the remote development team.
• Track project progress, manage budgets, and provide regular status reports to senior management.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management , with a strong focus on software development projects .
• Proven experience managing projects using Agile and Scrum frameworks .
• Excellent understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, especially within remote team dynamics.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana, and collaboration platforms like Slack or Teams.
• Candidates with a background in software engineering or a related technical field are preferred.
