Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and detailed design of renewable energy systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and regulatory bodies.

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices in the renewable energy sector.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in the renewable energy sector , with a focus on project engineering and design.
• Proven track record in managing complex energy projects from conception through to completion.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant software, such as PVSyst, AutoCAD, or similar design and simulation tools.
• Strong understanding of grid connection requirements and energy market regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
