Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and specification of renewable energy systems, including solar PV, battery storage, and wind turbines.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and energy yield analyses for potential projects.
• Manage project lifecycles from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, electrical engineers, and construction personnel.
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and environmental policies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the renewable energy sector , with a strong focus on solar and/or wind power.
• Proven experience in project management and technical design of energy systems.
• Proficiency in energy modeling software (e.g., PVSyst, Homer Energy) and CAD tools.
• Excellent understanding of grid connection requirements and power electronics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
